At AeroQuest, we are privileged to be led by Dr. Amber R. McCraw, a seasoned aviation expert with a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Dr. McCraw has held key roles in some of the most pivotal organizations shaping the future of aviation.

Dr. McCraw's journey in aviation began with her service as a U.S. Air Force Air Traffic Controller and ATC Instructor. Her dedication and expertise quickly propelled her into leadership positions. She was the recipient of multiple awards including OG Airman of the Year, Professional of the Year, and ATC Outstanding Team. She was also awarded the U.S. Air Force Commendation Medal.

Her academic journey is equally impressive. She holds a Doctor of Aviation (Av.D.) degree from the esteemed Florida Institute of Technology, where she maintained a perfect GPA of 4.0. Her research focused on advancing aviation technologies and tools to evaluate ATC complexity. Prior to this, she earned a Master of Aeronautical Science degree with a specialization in Space from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, also achieving a GPA of 4.0. These exceptional academic achievements underscore her deep understanding of the complexities of airspace and space operations.

Dr. McCraw's career trajectory saw her contribute significantly to critical projects at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Headquarters, The Office of Commercial Space Transportation, and the Air Traffic Control System Command Center. She worked on NextGen programs, including SWIM, ERAM Modernization, ADS-B, SASE, Commercial Space, and more recently on the Federal NOTAM System Modernization.

Throughout her career, Dr. McCraw has been a visionary leader, driving innovation and excellence in every endeavor. Her unwavering commitment to advancing aviation safety, efficiency, and sustainability has earned her respect and admiration across the industry.
